Racing Yard

This horse race yard development was a comprehensive transformation of the site, beginning with equestrian building design and then large-scale earthworks to create a new one-mile horse gallop and sand canter complete with irrigation and dust-suppression systems. Multiple barns were renovated and restored, new stables were constructed, and extensive post-and-rail fencing was installed throughout. The project also included the build of a new ménage, a range of concrete structures such as a muck pit and slabs, and significant landscaping and drainage works to ensure the entire facility functions efficiently and to a professional racing standard.
